Technical requirements for sealing rings

1 The bank tungsten carbide grades and their physical, mechanical properties and metallographic should meet the requirements of the relevant standards:

2 blank off the edge, the depth of the drop is not more than 0.33mm;

3 the surface of the blank must not be peeling, bubbling, delamination, crack, porosity, over burning, less burning and so on;

4. The blank section of the organization should be uniform, not a black, air bubble, delamination, crack, serious carburization and decarburization and not press good defects.

Introduction of tungsten carbide ring

Tungsten carbide  rings are made of the hardest metal on earth, they are tougher and more durable than the titanium rings.
